    It is helpful to have general knowledge of basic exercise movements, however, we do offer a few different programming and packaging options based on exercise history and experience. All packages include a FREE clarity call and a FREE INITIAL ASSESSMENT ($100 value) once the Online Training package is purchased.

How it works:

  • Workouts are done on your own time, however I advise blocking out time weekly on your calendar.

  • Workout program is specifically designed around your goals.

  • Huge time and energy saver not having to design your workouts or drive to a gym.

  • Break up workouts throughout the day (20 min AM/20 min PM).

  • Never get bored with the same old same old.

Ever hear that it takes an average off 66 days to form a new habit?

Exercise has to be looked at a bit differently. A habit may be going to bed earlier or drinking more water throughout the day. When it comes to exercise it involves a schedule change, time and a different type of commitment. Over time you will usually begin to notice changes and some gains at the 6-8 week mark. By 3-4 months of consistent work you can do a pretty good overhaul on your health and fitness. Strength -specific results take about the same amount of time.

  • Bi Weekly 1:1 15 min support/coaching Zoom.

  • Optional A la Carte Nutrition or Menopause coaching upon request.

  • Optional additional A la Carte Virtual Zoom training or coaching sessions available upon request.

This option is for any Online Training client who would like to have access to their workouts previously programmed for an additional 16 weeks.

Subscription Package $399/16 weeks($25/week)

Includes 1 20 min coaching call each month

NEW 1:1 HORMONE RELATED COACHING/OR FITNESS&NUTRITION

$595/4- 50min sessions (Single session -$175)

Sessions are conveniently planned around your schedule. Each session includes a goal plan and a follow up including an email with all we discussed, research, recommendations and contact referrals when necessary. You will receive a plan moving forward until our next session for added accountability. These meetings can be in person for local clients, Zoom or a phone call.
