I want clients to see their body as a machine for functional movement that needs to be oiled through hydration and energized through a nutrient dense diet. My goal is for my clients to feel confident in their body and their mind in order to enjoy a lifestyle of enjoyment for the long haul. I want them to see their able body as a gift that needs nourishment. Within a few weeks my clients will recognize that the benefits of their training will expand well beyond muscle and bone strength, weight loss and mindful movement. They will notice that they are more mentally and physically resilient than they ever imagined.
