Group Fitness

The majority of Jody’s time is spent training clients 1:1 or in Small Group. She also works with clients remotely.

Jody teaches Group Fitness Classes and Summer Outdoor Bootcamps as well as several events throughout the year.

Jody is currently preparing to launch her NEW Online Personal Training Program where location and time are no longer an obstacle for you to achieve your goals!



Power Circuit

9:30am -10:30am

Mandel JCC

One hour functional training class that will train your entire body and core. Cardio and strength will leave you feeling ready to take on your day! Programming changes weekly and and will often include AMPRAP programming so you can take it at your own pace in a group setting. This is a high energy class that is catered to all levels of fitness.

One hour class incorporating Cardio HIIT drills and CORE work as your active recovery. This class is a cardio and core blaster that will leave you wondering where the time went!
